A lot of serious topics here...

In the film Architecture Life Dialogue
we mention, show, and refer to some interesting facts, lifestyles, and tendencies:

• Sustainable Architecture

Have you ever been in a Passive house?
These sustainable buildings require no electricity
for heating in winter or cooling in summer.
Do you know how is it possible?

• The Sharing Economy
Have you ever tried the Sharing economy?
An economy, in which things or services are shared between individuals (either free or for a fee), usually with a help of online platforms.
When you read the word “free” what comes in mind first?
Free stuff? Freedom? Both?

When you hear the word “sharing” what comes in mind first?
Giving up what you need? Clicking “share” a photo? Sharing opportunities with like-minded people?
How often saying “Economy” – you remember that it comes from Greek ee-konomia
household management’ based on oikos ‘house’ + nemein ‘manage’?

Do you know why Uber and Airbnb (some of the first apps of the sharing economy) are banned in many cities? Here’s a short answer: a personal approach that you get in Uber and Airbnb is valued more than depersonalized taxi and rental services > numerous unlicensed taxi and rental services also start “sharing” (=selling) their services through the apps > numerous unlicensed services create negative impact on local markets > ban!

• Education
Imagine a teenager, who doesn’t go to school, who’s never been in school.

What does he /she look like?
Have you imagined a successful, motivated, and passionate future professional?  If not - why not?   Maybe because education is associated only with the schooling.  By the way, modern education was established during the Industrial Revolution: while parents went to the factory, someone had to look after their children.

Do you think Industrial Revolutions are in the past?
A fusion of technologies that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres, collectively referred to as cyber-physical systems - is described as the fourth major industrial era or the Fourth Industrial Revolution) and is happening right now…

And a fact that is likely unbeknownst to you is a

• zero waste lifestyle,
that means sending no trash to landfills or to the ocean.
Zero waste is not only about recycling plastic bottles. Actually it’s trying to avoid recycling at all, by preventing waste in our lives, thanks to smart distribution and conscious consumption.

Looks like a lot of serious topics here?

I hope you’ll find some nice and funny surprises watching our DIALOGUE!

The film seemed a bit futuristic to some of those who watched. But if we look to the world - the future is here. And this blog is about changes that are happening around.
